In a bid to keep MobileMe users up-to-date with issues that have plagued the service since it launched several weeks ago, Apple has assigned an employee to provide updates to users via their website. Earlier we reported that Apple was offering an additional 30 days of service to compensated user for their troubles. However, it appears that the issues have continued to persist.
