International iPhone Pricing
July 6th, 2008
With the iPhone launching in such a variety of countries around the world on July 11th, it is near impossible for us to keep up with every local development. Therefore, we will be focusing on our area of the world, providing coverage of developments in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States.
However, TUAW has published a great international summary outlining purchase prices, data plan costs and contract terms, which vary from six months in Denmark to three years in Canada. The table can be found here. Of note is the fact that Vodafone is yet to announce its pricing, despite the fact that they will be the first provider to sell the iPhone 3G.
